Role Overview
We are seeking a sophisticated AI Developer specializing in Generative AI to spearhead the design and deployment of advanced neural architectures. Key Responsibilities
1. Model Engineering & Architecture
- Conceptualize and build advanced generative frameworks utilizing GPT, VAEs, GANs, and Diffusion models.
- Refine and optimize model performance to meet the demands of low-latency, high-throughput production settings.
- Spearhead internal technical research to integrate the latest advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Image Synthesis into our software suite.
2. Deployment & Scalability
- Construct resilient data pipelines and sophisticated model training workflows using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Architect and oversee the deployment of AI models across cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Execute rigorous empirical validation and testing to guarantee model precision, safety, and enterprise-level scalability.
3. Strategic Leadership & Ethics
- Partner with Product Management to translate high-level business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Lead high-level code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers on AI engineering standards.
- Document model architectures, data schemas, and deployment protocols with meticulous detail.
- Enforce ethical AI frameworks, prioritizing bias reduction and data privacy.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Core Technical Proficiency: Expert-level Python skills and mastery of deep learning libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Keras).
- Generative Domain Expertise: Profound understanding of Transformer architectures, latent space manipulation, and adversarial training techniques.
- Software Engineering Standards: Strong experience with Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, and API architecture for AI-driven services.
- Analytical Problem Solving: Demonstrated capability to resolve complex convergence hurdles and data-processing bottlenecks.
- Ethical Literacy: Solid understanding of the legal and moral landscape surrounding Generative AI.
