Full Stack Developer (Generative AI Engineer)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Full Stack Developer (Generative AI & Backend Engineer) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want to work across the stack, with a strong focus on backend development and Generative AI applications. You’ll gain hands-on experience building scalable backend systems, integrating AI models , and delivering AI-powered products . Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend services using frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI)
• Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; React/Vue/Angular is a plus)
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for AI-powered and backend solutions
• Integrate Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, embeddings, etc.) into products and services
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers , UI/UX designers, and backend developers
• Debug, test, and optimise AI-powered full-stack solutions
• Assist in database design, queries, and optimisation (SQL/NoSQL)
• Contribute to agile development processes and team sprints

Technical Requirements

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong understanding of Python programming and backend fundamentals
• Experience with web framework (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
• Proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts (LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, fine-tuning)
• Experience using AI/ML libraries and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar)
• Knowledge of RESTful API design principles
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Version control experience (Git)

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience deploying AI or backend applications in production
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker)
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure, especially AI/ML services)
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (pytest, unittest, or frontend testing libraries)
