Job Title: NLP/ML/AI Engineer - Generative Modeling

Position: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated NLP/ML/AI engineer to join our team in developing cutting-edge AIGC applications. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing state-of-the-art AI systems, conducting model fine-tuning, evaluating performance, and implementing data-driven optimizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design and implementation of state-of-the-art AIGC applications.
• Conduct fine-tuning for customized models to optimize performance.
• Evaluate model performance and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategic roadmaps for AI/NLP projects.
• Stay updated with industry advancements and incorporate innovative techniques into our applications.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of industry experience in building NLP systems and applications.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch/TensorFlow.
• Strong theoretical understanding of deep learning and NLP fundamentals.
• Experience with fine tuning and serving deep neural networks.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while effectively collaborating with the team.
