AI Implementation Engineer – PropTech & Generative AI

Acrebook is scaling its AI capabilities to transform property management through intelligent dashboards, generative AI tools, and AI-driven workflow automation. We are seeking an experienced AI Implementation Engineer to lead the integration, deployment, and innovation of AI-powered solutions that enhance our PropTech platform built around AppFolio, Buildium, QuickBooks, and more.

Your Role:

• Architect and implement scalable AI systems including generative AI solutions (ChatGPT, OpenAI APIs, prompt engineering) tailored for property management workflows.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and UX/UI designers to productionize AI models, create interactive dashboards, and embed AI-driven insights into real-time platforms.
• Design, build, and optimize AI pipelines ensuring performance, reliability, and security in cloud or on-premise environments.
• Lead prompt engineering initiatives optimizing generative AI outputs for conversational agents, content generation, and automation in customer support and accounting.
• Develop intuitive, data-rich user interfaces that leverage AI insights while prioritizing smooth UX in SaaS environments.
• Maintain deep knowledge of AI ecosystem tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLflow), APIs, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards across AI implementations.
• Troubleshoot, test, document AI deployments, and provide training/support to internal teams or clients.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Strong coding skills in Python (primary), and familiarity with other languages (Java, C++ a plus).
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools like OpenAI’s GPT models, prompt engineering, and AI workflow automation.
• Practical experience integrating AI into production environments (deployment, scaling, monitoring).
• Solid understanding of data analytics, visualization, and UI/UX design principles in AI-powered applications.
• Familiar with cloud infrastructure, APIs, database systems, and container orchestration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and ability to translate complex AI concepts to business needs.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in PropTech, SaaS platforms, or real estate software integration.
• Knowledge of AI compliance/privacy frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA) and MLOps toolkits (Kubeflow, SageMaker).
• Experience working with conversational AI chatbots, NLP applications, or computer vision systems.
