What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and optimize production-grade RAG pipelines with real-time data sources
• Build and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using LangGraph
• Engineer robust prompts and evaluate their performance across diverse LLMs
• Fine-tune and train AI models for domain-specific tasks (e.g., summarization, retrieval, classification)
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship scalable, maintainable AI features

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in generative AI or applied ML engineering
• Proven track record building and deploying RAG systems in production
• Deep fluency in Python and modern AI/ML tooling (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex)
• Experience in prompt engineering, evaluation, and optimization
• Practical experience training or fine-tuning AI models (instruction tuning, LoRA, quantization, etc.)
• Comfortable owning projects end-to-end—from prototyping to deployment and support

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate)
• Background in NLP or information retrieval
• Contributions to open-source AI projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
