About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Generative AI Scientist to take an active role in the development of next-generation AI systems that combine generative intelligence, reasoning, and multi-agent collaboration. You will play a key role in building AI copilots for industrial operations—intelligent assistants that integrate multi-agent reasoning, domain expertise, and real-time data to empower operators, engineers, and decision-makers. You will propose and develop innovative solutions that leverage generative and agentic AI to optimize processes, simulate expert knowledge, and enhance decision support across manufacturing environments.

What You'll Do

  • Leading research and development in Generative AI, foundational models, and multi-agent systems for adaptive and autonomous industrial intelligence.
  • Designing and implementing multi-agent architectures that coordinate reasoning, planning, and decision-making among specialized AI agents.
  • Developing collaborative AI frameworks where agents interact, share context, and collectively solve complex industrial or operational problems.
  • Fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific reasoning, process understanding, and real-time decision support.
  • Prototyping and deploying agentic models that generalize across language, vision, and sensor-based data streams.
  • Building Generative AI systems capable of producing synthetic data, simulations, and expert-like recommendations.
  • Collaborating with engineers, scientists, and product teams to bring intelligent multi-agent systems into production environments.
  • Evaluating and enhancing model coordination, robustness, explainability, and scalability.
  • Mentoring junior researchers and fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and responsible AI development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong programming skills in Python.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in global, cross-functional teams.

Proven expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion, or multimodal models)
  • Fine-tuning and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Multi-agent systems and agentic reasoning architectures
  • Representation or meta-learning
  • Reinforcement or continual learning
  • Multimodal AI for vision, text, and sensor data fusion
