Generative AI Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Specialist to build and implement AI-driven solutions for business processes. The candidate will focus on developing, fine-tuning, and integrating large language models (LLMs), automation tools, and generative AI applications to improve innovation and operational efficiency.​

Key Responsibilities

Design, train, and deploy generative AI models (text, code, and image generation).

Develop and optimize prompt engineering workflows and automation frameworks.

Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into internal systems.

Conduct research on new generative AI technologies and best practices.

Ensure AI model compliance with data privacy and ethical standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML/NLP development.

Strong command of Python and AI frameworks (OpenAI API, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or HuggingFace).

Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or Google Vertex AI).

Knowledge of prompt engineering, data privacy, and AI compliance frameworks.
