Generative AI Specialist

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Generative AI Specialist to design, produce, and refine cutting-edge AI-generated visual content. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, technology, and production, focusing on high-quality generative imagery, video, and virtual characters using advanced AI workflows. The successful candidate will play a key role in translating creative concepts into production-ready outputs through sophisticated generative pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end generative AI workflows for image and video production using node-based systems.
• Produce high-quality AI-generated visuals , including virtual characters, environments, and motion content suitable for professional use.
• Train and fine-tune LoRAs to maintain character, style, and visual consistency across projects.
• Build and manage multi-tool production pipelines , integrating generative AI tools with post-production software.
• Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and technical teams to translate briefs into compelling AI-generated assets.
• Perform detailed post-production refinement , including retouching AI artifacts and enhancing outputs to meet professional standards.
• Stay current with emerging generative AI tools, techniques, and industry trends, continuously improving workflows and output quality.
• Ensure content meets quality, brand, and ethical standards for AI-generated media.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Computer Science , or an equivalent field.
• A strong professional portfolio of AI-generated work is considered more important than a specific academic qualification.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Digital Art, VFX, Graphic Design , or a related creative or technical discipline.
• Proven experience delivering professional-grade AI-generated artwork , including virtual character creation and node-based generative video workflows .
• Demonstrated ability to move from concept and experimentation to polished, production-ready outputs .

Skills & Knowledge

AI & Generative Tools

• Expert-level proficiency in ComfyUI (mandatory).
• Strong hands-on experience with Midjourney, RunwayML, and Kling .

Technical Capabilities

• Experience training LoRAs for character and style consistency.
• Ability to design and manage multi-tool AI production chains .
• Basic working knowledge of Python and Git for workflow and tool management.

Creative Software & Post-Production

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects for post-production and refinement.

Artistic & Visual Expertise

• Deep understanding of photography fundamentals , including ISO, lighting, composition, and framing, to drive effective prompting.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manually correct AI artifacts (e.g., hands, eyes, backgrounds) using inpainting and advanced editing techniques.

Languages

• Fluent in English ; Arabic proficiency is considered a major advantage.
