We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to enhance our team with their electrical expertise and leadership skills. Reporting to the Install Manager, the Lead Generator Expert will ensure an exceptional experience for our customers while performing service upgrades, EV charger installations, and general electrical work.

Responsibilities:

Work in a 2 to 3 person crew responsible for the installation of generators, service and panel upgrades, EV chargers, and other electrical equipment.

Serve as the main job-site contact with customers to ensure a positive experience, help customers understand the products, and potentially upsell additional services.

Teach apprentices the electrical trade, including wiring techniques, safety practices, and electrical concepts.

Take full responsibility for the quality of installations, ensuring they meet aesthetic standards and comply with codes.

Keep the company vehicle organized, stocked, and clean.

Perform service work on generators and attend specialized training to become an expert on the products.

Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-
Minimum of 2 years of electrical installation and repair experience.

Knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems and NEC codes.

Proven track record of success in electrical work.

Electrical license or the ability to obtain license(s).

Experience complying with OSHA safety requirements and regulations.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (required)
- Electrical License
