Generator Operator/ Technician

We are seeking a skilled Generator Operator/Technician to operate, maintain, diesel generators of 350 kVA and 1,250 kVA capacities. The ideal candidate will ensure the continuous and safe operation of power generation systems, perform routine inspections, troubleshoot faults, and carry out preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor generators during standby and emergency operations.

Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance.

Maintain service logs, records, and reports.

Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are strictly followed.

Respond promptly to power outages and equipment failures.

Coordinate with Maintenance contractor for major repairs or upgrades.

Requirements:

Technical diploma or certification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 03 years of experience in generator operations and maintenance.

Knowledge of diesel generator systems (e.g., Cummins, Perkins, etc.).

Strong problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency calls.
