Operational Manager

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of our SEO, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, and Graphic Design departments. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between strategy and execution — ensuring smooth coordination, project efficiency, and delivery of high-quality digital outcomes across all teams.

1. Team & Project Coordination

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of SEO, Social Media, Web, and Design teams.
• Oversee project pipelines to ensure all client deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-department workflows — ensuring designers, developers, and marketers are aligned.
• Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively based on project urgency and complexity.

2. Process & Performance Management

• Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each department.
• Track project performance, departmental KPIs, and overall productivity.
• Identify process gaps, workflow inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
• Ensure teams are adhering to brand, design, and communication guidelines.

3. Strategic Planning & Execution

• Collaborate with leadership to translate business goals into actionable departmental plans.
• Monitor workload distribution and ensure balanced utilization of team capacity.
• Assist in planning campaigns, web launches, and creative initiatives with defined goals and timelines.

4. Communication & Reporting

• Act as a central communication point between departments and senior management.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on performance, project status, and operational health.
• Facilitate team meetings to review progress and address challenges.
