Production Manager - Consumer Product (Nicotine Pouches)

Position Title: Production Manager
Location: Karachi (Manufacturing Facility)

Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to establish and oversee manufacturing operations for a new consumer goods product line in the nicotine category. The ideal candidate should have experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical production and the ability to set up efficient, compliant production systems from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage production lines, ensuring GMP compliance.
• Develop and monitor production plans, quality control, and output targets.
• Manage material procurement, inventory, and supplier coordination.
• Implement safety and hygiene standards in the production area.
• Supervise production staff and ensure efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with R&D for formulation and product consistency.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Production output ≥ 95% of target.
• Quality defect rate ≤ 1%.
• Zero safety violations.
• On-time order fulfillment ≥ 98%.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of production management experience in FMCG/pharma manufacturing.
• Strong process setup and operational leadership skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (ISO, GMP, health & safety).
• Hands-on approach with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
