JOB SUMMARY:
We are hiring for a rapidly growing UAE based recruitment and executive search firm seeking an accomplished Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end hiring operations across local and international markets.

The successful candidate will drive recruitment delivery, manage client relationships, and oversee a team of recruiters to ensure excellence in sourcing, assessment, and placement across multiple industries. This position requires a strategic yet hands-on recruitment leader who can design effective talent acquisition frameworks, enhance process efficiency, and deliver measurable hiring outcomes within deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job intake, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management for local and international clients.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and project timelines.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, and networking to attract high-quality talent.
  • Conduct and oversee competency-based and behavioral interviews, ensuring strong alignment between candidate capabilities and client needs.
  • Review and approve Telephonic Interview (TI) Forms, candidate scorecards, and executive summaries for presentation to clients or hiring managers.
  • Manage the recruiter team’s daily operations, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to SLAs and recruitment quality standards.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative communication and consistent delivery excellence.
  • Drive talent pipeline development for recurring and high-demand roles across multiple industry verticals.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, client satisfaction, and offer-to-join ratio, presenting insights to management.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives, ensuring the firm maintains a professional and competitive market presence.
  • Mentor and develop junior recruiters, fostering skill development and high performance across the recruitment team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certifications such as CIPD and SHRM Certification are preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search, with at least 5 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
  • Proven success in managing mid to senior-level and executive hiring across multiple industries and regions.
  • Hands-on experience in client servicing, recruitment delivery, and team management.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, UAE based job portals, and ATS/CRM systems
  • Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment reporting dashboards.
  • Knowledge of competency frameworks, psychometric testing, and structured interview methods preferred.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to recruitment performance.
  • Professional integrity and commitment to quality, confidentiality, and compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
