Recruitment Specialist

Description: Responsible for managing the entire hiring process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting and finalizing job offers to attract and hire top talent

Timings: 12 noon to 9 pm

Task:

  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media and direct outreach
  • Screen and evaluate applicants based on qualifications and skills
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with team leads and management
  • Participate in interviews alongside the team lead or the account manager and management for shortlisted candidates
  • Facilitate communication between candidates and the HR department
  • Prepare and discuss job offers and ensure compliance with internal guidelines
  • Handle the onboarding process for new hires, including presentations and orientation sessions
  • Prepare and maintain onboarding materials and other HR-related documents
  • Act as a communication bridge between candidates and internal team members throughout the hiring process
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job fairs and networking events
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with universities and language institutes for talent sourcing
  • Manage postings and candidate flow on online job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Maintain and organize recruitment documentation (both hard and soft copies)
  • Update the recruitment database in line with company SOPs
  • Meet recruitment targets and timelines set by management

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or workforce planning
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools
  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet recruitment targets
