Production Manager – Electric Vehicle (EV) Division

Position Title: Production Manager
Location: Karachi (Manufacturing Facility)

Role Summary: We are seeking a Production Manager to lead the manufacturing operations of a new Electric Vehicle (EV) product line, focusing on innovation, efficiency, and quality. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in automotive or EV assembly lines, managing end-to-end production from planning to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production activities ensuring efficiency and product quality.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, SOPs, and production schedules.
• Manage manpower, workflow, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams for process improvements.
• Control production costs, material usage, and wastage.
• Prepare reports on production KPIs, inventory, and output.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Production efficiency ≥ 95%.
• Defect rate ≤ 1%.
• On-time delivery ≥ 98%.
• Production cost variance ≤ 5% of budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 5+ years of production experience in automotive or EV manufacturing.
• Strong technical knowledge of assembly line processes.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing and process optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
