Genesis Data Specialist

Sun River Health is a Federally Qualified, Non-Profit Health Center serving communities in Suffolk, Rockland, Orange, Duchess, Ulster, Sullivan, Columbia and Westchester County. Sun River Health is currently seeking a part-time Genesis Data Specialist to support our Bay Street location in Staten Island, NY.
Responsible for data collection and data entry for all components of the HIV Department in all counties of program; use of data reporting programs to generate quality improvement reports, participate in quality improvement projects.
Responsibilities:
- Enters outcome data on HIV patients in HIV data systems
- Maintains confidential lists of all current HIV patients seen for all services within the Genesis Program
- Generate reports and present data for program meetings to evaluate team performance on grant outcomes
- Responsible for collecting and reporting of monthly, quarterly, yearly and all other statistical and patient data, as required by funding and regulatory agencies
- Maintains records specific to Genesis program
- Completes and distributes to teams' monthly QI reports prior to QI meetings

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- 1-2 years of related work experience
Job Type: Part-time, 15 hours weekly
Salary: $21.00 - $24.35 per hour
