Position Title: Assistant Manager, Manager, Senior Manger
Department: (Generator Division)
Education: Minimum 16 years of Education (Engineering+business background preferred)
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in sales/business development of generator solutions or related power products (C&I focus).
Location: Islamabad
Job Objective:
Drive sales and business development of generator solutions across corporate, commercial, and industrial segments, while supporting the Sales in meeting revenue goals and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, corporate visits, and industry events.
· Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for generator solutions in C&I markets.
· Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies tailored to industrial and commercial clients.
· Support in mentoring and guiding the sales team to improve product knowledge and selling capabilities.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
· Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations aligned with customer requirements and project specifications.
· Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer insights to support strategic planning.
· Collaborate with the after-sales/service division to ensure seamless customer support and satisfaction.
· Stay updated with generator technologies, load requirements, and compliance standards to effectively communicate technical benefits to clients.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per hour
