We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Gents Salon Manager to lead daily operations, manage staff performance, drive sales, and maintain top-quality service standards across our premium gents salon branches.

. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow

Lead, supervise, and motivate the entire salon team

Maintain exceptional customer service and client satisfaction

Monitor bookings, staff schedules, and service quality

Achieve monthly revenue targets and implement sales strategies

Ensure compliance with company standards, hygiene, and grooming protocols

Train and develop staff to maintain high performance levels

Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Support marketing activities, promotions, and package launches

Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination

.Requirements

Minimum 5–7 years experience in managing Gents Salons in the UAE

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proven ability to increase revenue and manage large teams

Deep knowledge of gents grooming services and trends

Experience with bookings systems, customer service, and upselling techniques

Ability to work under pressure and maintain professional standards

Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Presentable, confident, and highly organized
