Geographic Information Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage GIS databases and spatial data related to the project.
  • Produce maps, spatial analysis, and data visualizations to support planning, infrastructure, and project management teams.
  • Integrate GIS data with urban planning, utilities, and infrastructure information.
  • Analyze spatial data to support land use planning, site analysis, and development strategies.
  • Coordinate with planning, engineering, and project teams to ensure accurate geographic data and mapping.
  • Maintain GIS standards and ensure data accuracy and consistency across project datasets.
  • Prepare GIS reports, maps, and technical outputs for project decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning with good experience in Geographic Information Systems, Geography, Geomatics, or related discipline.
  • Fluent in English

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in GIS analysis within urban development, infrastructure, or planning projects.
  • Experience working with large-scale development projects or consultancies is preferred.


Skills

  • Proficiency in ArcGIS or similar GIS platforms.
  • Strong skills in spatial analysis, mapping, and geospatial data management.
  • Good understanding of urban planning and infrastructure datasets.
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
