Raw Material Exploration &amp; SourcingIdentify and evaluate potential mines/suppliers for soda feldspar, China clay, quartz, zircon, etc.Conduct geological surveys, sample collection, and field analysis.Assess deposit quality, consistency, and long-term viability.Develop relationships with local mine owners, traders, and processors.Material Testing &amp; R&amp;DAwareness of lab-scale testing of new materials for chemical and physical parameters (SiO&#8322;, Al&#8322;O&#8323;, Fe&#8322;O&#8323;, etc.).Collaborate with technical/R&amp;D teams to test new sources in ceramic body/glaze formulations.Logistics &amp; CoordinationPrepare reports on yield, rejection causes, and performance feedback of new sources.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
