Capital Survey is seeking a qualified and motivated Geologist with 2–3 years of relevant UAE experience to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support geological and geotechnical investigations for engineering and infrastructure projects, ensuring high standards of technical excellence, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct geological field investigations, site reconnaissance, and geological mapping.
• Perform soil and rock logging, sampling, and field classification in accordance with industry standards.
• Interpret geological and geotechnical data and prepare detailed technical reports.
• Assist in planning and executing site investigation programs.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, laboratory personnel, and clients to ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain accurate geological records, borehole logs, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, project specifications, and health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Provide technical support during site investigations and construction activities as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Geology or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of geological mapping, soil and rock classification, and site investigation techniques.
• Familiarity with UAE geological conditions and applicable standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with GIS and geological software is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and technical report-writing skills.
