Geophysicist – (GPR) Specialist

We are currently seeking a Geophysicist with proven, hands-on experience in Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) data acquisition and advanced data processing. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional passionate about subsurface exploration and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct GPR surveys across diverse environments, including urban, industrial, and natural sites.
• Process and interpret GPR data using advanced software and techniques.
• Support multidisciplinary projects involving utility detection, archaeological investigations, structural integrity assessments, and environmental studies.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, archaeologists, surveyors, and environmental scientists to develop accurate subsurface models.
• Prepare technical reports and visualizations for clients and project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geophysics, Geoscience, Earth Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated field experience with GPR equipment and methodologies.
• Proficiency in GPR data processing software (e.g., GPR-SLICE, RADAN, ReflexW, or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and perform fieldwork in a variety of conditions.

Preferred:

• Experience in other near-surface geophysical methods (e.g., ERT, magnetometry, seismic).
• Familiarity with GIS tools and CAD for mapping and reporting.
• Background in utilities, environmental consulting, construction, or archaeology is a plus.
