Responsibilities

  • Analyze geospatial data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and enhance business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions that improve user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Configure Salesforce platforms to optimize data flow and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce Data Integration processes to ensure accurate and timely data exchange across platforms.
  • Implement Salesforce Loyalty Management strategies to boost customer retention and drive brand loyalty.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Conduct regular assessments of Salesforce configurations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of Salesforce applications to ensure they meet business objectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices to continuously enhance system capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies in all Salesforce-related activities.
  • Document processes and provide training to team members to enhance their understanding of Salesforce functionalities.
  • Work closely with IT and business teams to align Salesforce solutions with organizational goals. Qualifications
  • Possess a strong understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud and its application in enhancing customer interactions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce Configuration to customize and optimize platform functionalities.
  • Exhibit expertise in Salesforce Data Integration to facilitate seamless data exchange across systems.
  • Have experience in implementing Salesforce Loyalty Management to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model effectively balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
  • Display strong analytical skills to interpret geospatial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
