German Quality Assistant Manager (BPO)

IGT Solutions is seeking a German Quality Assistant Manager to support our operations team in maintaining top-quality service for German-speaking clients. The role involves monitoring, evaluating, and improving service delivery standards to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess call quality for German-speaking teams.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and training to agents to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with operations and training teams to implement improvements.
• Prepare quality reports and share actionable insights with management.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German (C1/C2) and good command of English.
• Previous quality or supervisory experience in a call center environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
