German-Speaking Client Engagement

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly professional German-speaking candidate with strong communication and coordination skills to manage client interactions and support marketing and operational activities. The ideal candidate must be fluent in German and English, with the ability to handle international clients and contribute to content and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with German-speaking clients via email, calls, and meetings
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Support onboarding and ongoing coordination with international clients
  • Assist in creating and reviewing German-language content (emails, marketing materials, social media)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, operations) to execute campaigns
  • Handle client queries, follow-ups, and issue resolution in a timely manner
  • Maintain records of client interactions and project updates
  • Support marketing initiatives targeting German-speaking markets

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (C1/C2 level preferred)
  • Strong English communication skills
  • 1–2 years of experience in client engagement, customer success, marketing, or similar roles
  • Experience working with international clients or companies
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage communication professionally across different cultures
  • Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in content creation or marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and communication platforms
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media, email marketing, etc.)
