Our mission for both brands is to provide the best learning opportunities for our users, and to support our expansion, we are looking for a passionate Growth Hacker to join our team.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and Implement Growth Opportunities: Develop and execute innovative strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for both skilldeer and Kursfreunde.
• Experimentation: Design and conduct A/B tests and other growth experiments to identify the most effective ways to improve key metrics such as conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and user engagement.
• Product Optimization: Collaborate closely with the product development team to create and enhance features that drive growth and improve user experience.
• Data Analysis: Use data analytics tools to gather insights, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide data-driven recommendations to guide the product roadmap and marketing strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment of growth strategies and seamless execution of initiatives.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and new growth opportunities to keep both brands ahead of the curve.

What You Bring

• Growth Experience: Proven experience in growth roles, preferably in digital products, e-commerce, or technology companies. Experience with both the Middle East and European markets is a plus.
• Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of product development processes and experience working closely with product teams to enhance user experience and drive growth.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Proficient in data analysis, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar. Ability to make data-driven decisions and provide actionable insights.
• Creativity and Innovation: A creative thinker who is constantly exploring new ways to solve problems and optimize growth.
• Testing and Experimentation: Hands-on experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and growth hacking techniques.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and cultures.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
