About the Role

As PSI – the UAE’s #1 real estate company with over 1,300 employees from 50+ nationalities – expands into Europe, we’re building a dedicated International Recruitment Team to drive our global growth.

We’re now hiring a German-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract top talent across European markets, especially in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, while also supporting international recruitment for our Abu Dhabi headquarters.

This role combines strategic sourcing, stakeholder management and hands-on recruitment in a fast-growing, international environment, ideal for someone who’s passionate about people, growth and cross-cultural collaboration.

Your Mission

• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs across European and HQ roles.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the DACH region and other European markets.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles in real estate, operations, and corporate functions.
• Design and manage a seamless, inclusive candidate experience across all touchpoints.
• Source proactively through LinkedIn, referrals, events, and professional communities.
• Conduct screenings, interviews, and shortlists for local and international roles.
• Contribute to PSI’s employer branding in Europe through online and offline campaigns.
• Support onboarding, documentation and relocation coordination for new hires.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with international or multi-market exposure.
• Fluency in German and English (any additional European language is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of European labour markets, especially Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced international setting.
• Openness to relocate to Abu Dhabi and travel occasionally within Europe.
