Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various real estate positions (sales agents, team leaders, admin, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Provide regular updates and recruitment reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of recruitment experience in the real estate industry within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of real estate roles and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media sourcing.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required, English is plus
