Germany Nurses Recruitment Counsellor

We are seeking a dynamic and well-informed Germany Nurses Recruitment Counsellor to guide and support aspiring nurses through the recruitment process to Germany. The counsellor will be responsible for handling inquiries, assessing candidate eligibility, explaining the benefits of the German nursing pathway, and providing end-to-end assistance, including documentation, training coordination, and visa procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel and guide nurses on opportunities for nursing careers in Germany, including Ausbildung, adaptation programs, and direct placement.
• Explain eligibility requirements, German language requirements (A1-B2), and documentation procedures.
• Handle walk-ins, phone, and online inquiries with clarity and confidence.
• Maintain candidate database and follow up regularly to convert leads into admissions.
• Coordinate with the German language training team and track candidates’ progress.
• Assist in preparing documents for Nursing Council registration, visa processing, and recruitment agency coordination.
• Provide pre-departure guidance and support.
• Stay updated with the latest regulations, recruitment drives, and opportunities in Germany.
• Represent the institution in seminars, webinars, and recruitment events when required.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Nursing or HR background preferred).
• Prior experience in overseas recruitment or education counselling is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam; German language knowledge is a plus.
• Good interpersonal, organizational, and convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Passionate about helping healthcare professionals shape their global careers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
