Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for diverse roles across functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong candidate pipelines to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen and shortlist resumes to match candidates with the required skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct telephonic/virtual/face-to-face interviews and assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring or future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree/ Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+years) in recruiting for non-IT roles
  • Strong sourcing skills using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office tools
