Female Front Office Receptionist (Arabic Speaker) – 5-Star Resort

We are looking for a polished, charismatic, and highly professional Female Arabic-speaking Receptionist to join our prestigious 5-star resort. In this role, you are not just an employee—you are the ambassador of the brand. You will be responsible for creating a seamless and memorable arrival and departure experience for high-profile guests. Fluency in Arabic and expert-level proficiency in Opera PMS are essential to ensure smooth operations and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Luxury Guest Journey: Execute flawless check-in and check-out experiences for guests, ensuring all procedures are handled with efficiency, accuracy, and a warm, personalized touch using the Opera PMS.
  • Guest Relations: Act as the first point of contact for VIPs and repeat guests; anticipate their needs, handle special requests, and ensure their stay exceeds expectations.
  • Communication: Answer and manage phone calls with exceptional etiquette, taking detailed messages and handling inquiries in both Arabic and English.
  • Reservation Management: Manage room assignments, upgrades, and special requests within the Opera system. Coordinate with housekeeping and concierge teams to ensure room readiness.
  • Payment & Billing: Handle foreign currency, process secure payments, post charges, and settle guest accounts accurately.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve guest complaints or issues immediately and diplomatically, ensuring guest satisfaction and reporting incidents to management.
  • Brand Representation: Maintain a pristine reception area and uphold the grooming and behavior standards expected in a 5-star environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Language: Native or fluent Arabic speaker (essential for dealing with Arabic-speaking VIP guests) with strong proficiency in English.
  • Gender: Female (as per company specification).
  • Software: Must have advanced, hands-on experience with Opera PMS (Property Management System). Proficiency in MS Office is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of [1-2] years of experience in a Front Office role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel/resort environment.
  • Personality: Outgoing, confident, and naturally hospitable with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Appearance: Impeccable grooming, professional presentation, and a warm, welcoming smile.
