Job Summary:

This role is responsible for managing domestic and international shipment coordination, providing rate quotes, resolving customer inquiries, and supporting time-sensitive logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and experience in customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails for shipment tracking, rate quotes, and pickup scheduling.
  • Track shipments and resolve issues like delays, damages, or losses.
  • Support customers with shipping queries
  • Handle email cases, and urgent shipment escalations with service centers.
  • Assist with status inquiries for cross-border shipments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Shift of operations:
Morning Shift/Night shift with a 5 days work week (Monday-Sunday).

Mandatory rotation within shifts.

Mandatory work from office.
