GHL & Automation Executive

Role Description

We are looking for a motivated GHL & Automation Executive to support our automation and CRM workflows. The ideal candidate should have basic to intermediate experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and automation tools such as Zapier, Make and n8n , with a strong willingness to learn advanced workflows. This role involves assisting in building automations, maintaining CRM data, and supporting marketing and sales operations through efficient system processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and managing automated workflows using GHL, Zapier, Make, n8n, and related tools.
• Support the configuration and maintenance of GHL pipelines, funnels, forms, calendars, and automated sequences.
• Help integrate multiple apps using APIs, webhooks, and conditional logic under supervision.
• Troubleshoot basic automation issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members.
• Monitor workflow performance and maintain accurate process documentation.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams for campaign support and CRM updates.
• Maintain CRM data, segmentation, tagging, and timely updates inside GHL.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience working with GHL or automation tools (Zapier/Make/n8n or similar).
• Basic understanding of CRM workflows, pipeline stages, and lead management.
• Familiarity with API integrations or willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite, learn quickly, manage tasks, and take ownership under guidance
