About the Role XeroSum is a fast-growing outsourcing and staff augmentation firm supporting multi-clinic healthcare networks. We're looking for a sharp Power Automate Developer to join our team part-time and build automation solutions that directly reduce administrative burden for healthcare operators.

Key Responsibilities:
What You'll Be Doing You'll own the design and delivery of automation workflows end-to-end — from scoping requirements with internal teams to building, testing, and maintaining live flows. Specifically:

• Build and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate Cloud and Desktop
• Connect third-party applications and internal systems via API integrations
• Identify manual processes that can be automated and deliver working solutions
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing flows as requirements evolve
• Ensure all solutions meet security and compliance standards — healthcare environments require it

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of hands-on Power Automate experience (Cloud and Desktop — both, not just one)
• Solid API integration skills — you've connected external systems before and know how to debug when they misbehave
• Healthcare domain experience is a strong plus — you'll be working in clinical and administrative workflows
• Strong problem-solver who can work independently with minimal hand-holding
