Job Description - Graphic Designer

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Department: Marketing & Creative

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Reports to: Marketing Manager / Art Director

Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for translating ideas and requirements into innovative and engaging visual designs that support the company's marketing objectives and enhance its visual identity. The designer will create a wide range of digital and print materials while maintaining brand consistency and quality across all work.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Digital Design:
• Create designs for social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn) tailored to each platform's identity.
• Design web banners for websites and digital campaigns.
• Design graphics for digital content such as infographics and charts.
• Design promotional emails and newsletters.
• Print Design:
• Design brochures, flyers, and catalogs for the company and its products.
• Design business cards, letterheads, and envelopes (corporate identity).
• Design product packaging.
• Design banners and signs for events and conferences.
• Visual Identity and Branding:
• Contribute to the development and updating of the company's visual identity.
• Ensure strict adherence to the Brand Guidelines in all designs to maintain consistency.
• Design logos as needed for new projects or products.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements and translate them into effective designs.
• Coordinate with print shops and external vendors to ensure the highest quality printing of materials.
• Receive and apply feedback and revisions from stakeholders on designs.
• Other Tasks:
• Prepare designs for presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote).
• Prepare and deliver final files in the required formats and sizes for print or digital publication.
• Maintain an organized archive of all design files.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Experience:

• A minimum of [2-4 years] of practical experience in the graphic design field.
• A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing previous projects in digital and print design is mandatory.

Technical Skills & Software:

• Full proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• Good experience with Microsoft Office programs (especially PowerPoint).
• (Plus) Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• (Plus) Knowledge of UI/UX design software such as Adobe XD or Figma.
