The Graphic/Motion Designer is responsible for Creating visually stunning graphics, motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Education

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design / Web Design or similar.

Background in creative fields such as fashion, beauty or advertising.

Keen eye for design and aesthetics.

Proficiency in Adobe Cloud required.
Experience
-
2-3 years of graphic design and motion graphics experience as a bare minimum required.

Experience in video editing.
-
Previous experience in working with numerous design platforms and email campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
-
Design and execute layouts/marketing assets for homepage features, landing pages, digital marketing, social media, site banners, packaging, product labels, newsletters, mobile, email blasts, etc.

Implement HTML coding when necessary for homepage features and email blasts.

Collaborate with the creative team, SEO team & copyrighters to conceptualize and storyboard motion graphic/ graphics projects that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Adapt and optimize motion graphics/ graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various devices.

Iterate on designs based on customer and business feedback and data analytics.

Assist VMs in planning and execution of all editorials and catalogue shoots & content.

Improve website content from an aesthetic perspective.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to brand guidelines, project timelines, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Support in bringing ideas & initiatives to life through presentations and pitches both internally & externally.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, and exploring new techniques to push the boundaries
