Gift Wrap Associate/Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Wrap chocolates, sweets, and assorted products according to brand standards.
• Prepare gift boxes, trays, hampers, and custom orders as requested.
• Ensure all wrapping materials (ribbons, boxes, stickers, packaging) are well-stocked and organized.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the wrapping area at all times.
• Assist in labelling products and ensuring proper tagging.
• Inspect products before wrapping to ensure quality and freshness.
• Work closely with sales and production teams to meet daily order requirements.
• Handle urgent or bulk wrapping orders during peak periods.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines as per company standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in wrapping, packaging, gift preparation, or similar roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
• Fast, efficient, and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for long hours and handle repetitive tasks.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene standards in food handling (preferred).
