  • Manage cadastral and parcel information, including land use, ownership, boundaries, and easements, in support of planning and land management activities.

  • Conduct spatial analyses (e.g. buffers, overlays, proximity and density analyses) to support master planning, infrastructure routing, public realm and mobility studies.

  • Produce high-quality thematic maps, plans and GIS-based dashboards for PMO and client presentations and reports.

  • Collaborate with planners, engineers and data teams to define GIS requirements, data standards and workflows.

  • Up-to-date cadastral and land-use layers (parcels, ownership, easements, zoning, key assets).

  • Series of thematic maps and figures (e.g. land use, density, infrastructure, constraints, opportunities) for planning and reporting.

  • GIS-based spatial analysis outputs and dashboards to support decision-making and performance monitoring.

  • Regular data quality and integrity reports, including logs of updates and corrections.

  • GIS standards and basic user guidance (symbology, layer naming, data handling protocols) for use across the programme.
