About the Role:

As a GIS Analyst, you will play a key role in managing and analyzing geospatial data, creating insightful maps, and developing GIS solutions that support decision-making. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support various departments with spatial analysis, ETL workflows, and GIS integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, process, and analyze spatial and tabular data from diverse sources.
• Create high-quality maps, dashboards, and geospatial visualizations.
• Develop and maintain automated data workflows using FME (Feature Manipulation Engine) or similar ETL tools.
• Convert and integrate CAD drawings (AutoCAD) into GIS platforms.
• Work with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and ArcGIS Online for web mapping and spatial data services.
• Design and implement geodatabases, relationship classes, and data validation processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to address spatial data needs and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Geomatics, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS Suite (ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap, ArcGIS Online).
• Experience using FME or any other ETL tools for spatial data transformation and integration.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and experience converting CAD data to GIS formats.
• Familiarity with enterprise spatial databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostGIS).
• Basic knowledge of Python, ModelBuilder, or other automation tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
