Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Glass Cleaner to join our maintenance and cleaning team in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for cleaning and polishing all glass surfaces, including windows, doors, partitions, and facades, ensuring a spotless and professional appearance in line with company and client standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and polish all glass surfaces inside and outside the building.
• Handle cleaning of high-rise building glass façades using safety harnesses, scaffolding, or rope access (if trained and applicable).
• Ensure glass doors, partitions, mirrors, and windows are streak-free and well-maintained.
• Safely use cleaning solutions, tools, and equipment as per company procedures.
• Inspect glass surfaces for cracks, damage, or defects and report them to the supervisor.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times, especially when working at heights.
• Maintain cleaning materials and equipment in proper condition.
• Assist with other cleaning duties when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Glass Cleaner, preferably in the UAE.
• Familiarity with professional glass cleaning tools and equipment.
• Ability to work safely at heights (valid training or certification preferred).
• Good physical condition and ability to work in outdoor environments.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Team player with a positive and cooperative attitude.

Education:

• High school certificate or equivalent (preferred).

Working Conditions:

• Work involves outdoor cleaning under varying weather conditions.
• Must follow strict safety protocols and wear protective gear.
• May require early morning or late-night shifts depending on project schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
