Glass Fixer

Role Summary

The Glass Worker will handle cutting, preparing, and assisting with installation of glass panels used in windows, doors, facades, partitions, and custom designs. This role supports the company’s specialized glass solutions and high‑quality workmanship.


Key Responsible Areas

Glass Cutting & Preparation - Cut glass per precise measurements and project requirements. Prepare glass panels for installation.
Installation Support - Assist fixers installing glass panels and glazing systems. Ensure proper safe handling and placement.
Quality & Safety - Ensure all glass surfaces and edges meet quality and safety standards. Follow strict safety protocols for handling tempered and double‑glazed glass.
Material Handling - Safely transport glass within factory and site locations.

• Knowledge of glass cutting tools and techniques
  
• Understanding of glass types (tempered, double‑glazed, laminated, etc.)

Requirements

• 1-2 years hands-on experience in aluminum fabrication preferred
  
• Experience in glass cutting/handling preferred
  
• Skill-based role; no certifications required
  
  

Work Location

• Umm Al Quwain (accommodation provided)
  
• Candidates may be from any location and must be willing to relocate to Umm Al Quwain
  
  
  
  

Benefits

Salary depends on experience level:

• Helper / Junior Level: AED 1,200 + accommodation
  
• Mid-Level (some experience): AED 1,600 + accommodation
  
• Senior / Highly Experienced: AED 2,200 + accommodation
  
• Overtime will be provided whenever required, based on workload.
