About the role:
The Badging Admin is the first point of contact for all New Hires, Employees and Contractor badge requests. Due to the importance of this role, it is critical for the Badging Admin to be courteous, helpful, organized, ability to multi-task, motivated and have a HIGH level of Customer Service. The Badging Admin acts as a liaison
between contractors, employees, security, admin, HR, EHS and other internal departments to ensure all parties are aware of company access control policies and
procedures. The Badging Admin must maintain a high degree of communication skills, organization, and professionalism at all times to ensure all access control issues are efficiently resolved.
In this role, your responsibilities will be:

Manage badging requests and emails in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot badges
- Maintain and manage CCURE 9000 access control
- Support HR during on boarding.
- Complete and carry out all necessary documentation for Contractor Badge Requests
- Communicate with the GSOC on new access requests.
- Excellent knowledge-base of image resizing and photo editing
- Document monthly and quarterly global badging metrics.
- Effectively use various software including but not limited to electronic ticketing and management systems and other software packages as needed
- Maintain current working knowledge of all access and electronic security systems the team uses (access control systems).
- Review all escalations for accuracy and completeness
- Participate in system review and problem solving program enhancement including the development, implementation, and support of the access management platform.
- Responsible for maintaining an inventory of all global badging supplies.
As a candidate, you must have:

High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- Active Guard Card with BSIS
- 3 years of experience in Corporate Badging or equivalent years of training and professional work experience
- Must have the ability to multitask and remain cordial and professional in stressful situations
- Must have excellent communication, phone etiquette and people skills
- Must be technically proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality are essential
- Previous experience in customer service in an admin/receptionist position preferred
- Previous experience using enterprise access control systems such as Lenel is highly preferred
