This is a full-time on-site position in Yardley, PA with no potential for remote work.
We're looking for a Global Benefits Specialist to join our HR Team. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective design, administration, compliance, and communication of our company's employee benefits programs worldwide. The specialist will focus on supporting benefits programs across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring they are competitive, legally compliant, and aligned with our global compensation and benefits philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management & Design

Support the design and implementation and administer all global employee benefits programs for US and international locations, in collaboration with local HR teams and external brokers/consultants.

Conduct market benchmarking and trend analysis to ensure global benefits are competitive and cost-effective, using tools and resources to gather comprehensive data.

Manage vendor relationships with international benefits consultants, brokers, and administrators, ensuring high-quality service and performance.

Assist with annual enrollment processes and benefits renewal activities across various countries, including rate negotiation and plan changes.
Compliance & Governance

Ensure global benefits programs comply with local regulations, labor laws, and tax requirements in all operating countries.

Monitor and maintain governance documents for international benefits plans, ensuring accurate record-keeping and proper documentation.

Support audits of global benefits plans, ensuring data integrity and adherence to regulatory standards.
Communication & Education

Develop and deliver clear, engaging communication materials and educational sessions for employees globally regarding their benefits options.

Serve as a resource for local HR teams, managers, and employees on complex global benefits questions and issues.
Project Support

Contribute to global HR projects related to mergers, acquisitions, and new country expansion, focusing on integrating and establishing compliant and competitive benefits structures.

Utilize HRIS and benefits administration systems (e.g., Paylocity, ENav) to manage and report on global benefits data.

Reconcile carriers bills and submit invoices for payment.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience specializing in employee benefits, with at least 2 years focusing on global/international benefits programs.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of benefits practices, laws, and compliance requirements in major international jurisdictions (Canada, EMEA, APAC, LATAM).

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with a major HRIS platform for benefits administration.

Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to present complex information clearly to a diverse, global audience.
Preferred Qualifications

Certification such as Certified Employee Benefits Specialist or other relevant global benefits certifications.
