Global Business Development Executive

  • Prospect and acquire new international clients via email, calls, LinkedIn, and trade shows
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms (LC, wire transfer), Incoterms, and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate with logistics and compliance teams to ensure smooth cross-border fulfillment
  • Maintain CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) with pipeline and forecasts
  • Adapt sales approach to different cultures, time zones, and business norms
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets

Requirements

  • 2+ years sales experience, including 1 year in international/export sales
  • Fluent English (written & spoken)
  • Familiarity with Incoterms, export docs, or cross-border payments
  • Ability to work across time zones

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
