Global Compensation and Benefits Specialist
to design, manage, and enhance our reward programs for our most important talent, ensuring our people are recognised, motivated, and inspired to uphold the excellence of our brand. This role can be based either in Muscat HQ, in Oman or Dubai, UAE
Your Mission
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support the design, implementation, and management of global compensation and benefits programs. This role will play a key part in developing competitive salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits offerings that align with company strategy and support talent retention and engagement. Support management of salary budgeting needs analysis, management of payroll functions and total rewards function. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in analysing market data and salary surveys, managing compensation budgets, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and industry standards. Proficiency in HR technology platforms such as Workday, ADP, Oracle, or SAP is essential. This position requires a strong combination of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills to provide data-driven insights and drive continuous improvement in compensation and benefits practices.
Your Impact

Oversee payroll and medical insurance administration for Oman and UAE colleagues.

Conduct market benchmarking, internal audits, pay analysis, and manage salary structures, bonus, and incentive plans to ensure competitive and strategically aligned practices.

Develop, monitor, and implement salary structures, bonus schemes, commission plans, and other incentive programs.

Analyse compensation trends & oversee the salary cycle review and promotions process, supporting workforce planning and financial forecasting.

Prepare compensation and benefits budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining market competitiveness.

Generate insightful reports and dashboards on payroll, turnover, and compensation trends to inform business & strategic decisions.

Design and manage employee benefits programs, including health and life insurance, retirement, and wellness initiatives.

Partner with Recruitment and Operational teams to ensure offers and reward decisions align with internal frameworks and market data.

Act as a trusted advisor to People Partners and business leaders on compensation and benefits matters to ensure fair, data-driven, and market-aligned compensation decisions.

Ensure compliance with regional labour laws and company policies across jurisdictions.

Support the development of employee recognition and retention programs that reinforce a culture of excellence and appreciation.

Your Expertise

This role can be based either in Muscat HQ, in Oman or Dubai, UAE

Advanced numerical and financial acumen, with expertise in managing compensation budgets and forecasting associated costs

Proficient in HR systems and technologies such as Workday, ADP, Oracle and SAP

Proven experience in developing competitive salary structures, incentive schemes, and comprehensive benefits packages

strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret salary surveys, assess market trends, and evaluate internal pay equity

Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed, or multinational organisation

Solid understanding of employment legislation and industry best practices related to compensation and benefits, especially in GCC, Americas and Asia markets.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

3 to 5 years of relevant experience,
preferably in a global or multi-regional environment.
