Are you passionate about transforming data into strategic insights? We’re looking for a Global Data Analyst to join our Enterprise Data Strategy & Operations (EDSO) team and play a pivotal role in Clorox’s digital and analytics transformation.
In this role, you’ll lead the configuration and optimization of the STIBO Systems STEP MDM platform, ensuring master data is accurate, consistent, and governed across key domains like product, party, and finance. Your expertise in data engineering and Master Data Management (MDM) will help shape enterprise-wide data quality and integration processes.
You’ll collaborate closely with data stewards, business leaders, and technology partners to drive innovation, streamline operations, and elevate Clorox’s data capabilities.

In this role, you will:
Master Data Management (MDM)

Configure and optimize STEP data models, workflows, business rules, user interfaces, and hierarchies.

Apply industry best practices for MDM design, governance, and operations.
Integration & Data Engineering
-
Design and build integrations and syndication pipelines using REST APIs, flat files, and ETL tools.

Perform data transformation and validation using SQL; Python experience is a plus.

Demonstrate foundational knowledge of data modeling and design patterns to support analytics and operational use cases.

Manage the development of tools and techniques to support global data governance processes, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
Data Quality & Governance

Implement data profiling, quality checks, monitoring, and remediation in partnership with data stewards and source system owners.

Contribute to metadata management, reference data management, and documentation of data standards and definitions.

Support the implementation of analytics to monitor and improve data governance processes.
What we look for:
-
3+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), including configuration of STEP data models, workflows, business rules, user interfaces, and hierarchy management.
-
3+ years of experience in integration and data engineering, including building and managing data pipelines using REST APIs, flat files, ETL tools, and event-driven patterns.

Proficiency in SQL, with working knowledge of JSON and XML; hands-on experience with Python is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to perform data transformation, validation, profiling, and quality checks, and to monitor and resolve data issues in partnership with stewards and business owners.

Understanding of data modeling and design patterns to support analytics and operational use cases.
-
Experience implementing analytics and monitoring for data governance processes.
-
Ability to develop tools and techniques to support global data governance processes, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

Familiarity with metadata management, reference data management, and documentation of data standards and definitions.

Exposure to cloud data platforms, with working knowledge of Azure services such as Data Factory, Databricks, or Delta Lake desirable.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.

Proven problem-solving, attention to detail, and product-oriented mindset, with a focus on measurable business outcomes.

Experience working in cross-functional teams with product owners, analysts, solution architects, and business stakeholders.

Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $88,700 - $165,900
–Zone B: $81,300 - $152,100
–Zone C: $73,900 - $138,300
