Position Overview
The Global Director of Supply Chain will lead and optimize the supply chain strategy across multiple regions, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with international regulations. This role involves managing logistics operations, supplier relationships, and distribution networks on a global scale to support the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global supply chain strategies that align with corporate objectives.
• Oversee and optimize logistics operations to enhance distribution efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and tariffs affecting supply chain operations.
• Lead initiatives in sustainability and cost-effectiveness within supply chain processes.
• Analyze supply and demand trends to ensure optimal inventory control and management.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and warehouse distribution teams to streamline operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive tactical initiatives for overseas shipments and global sourcing to improve service delivery.
• Facilities located in U.S., UK, Europe, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, and Mainland China.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain management in Manufacturing Industry required .
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams across diverse regions .
• Bilingual skills desired for example; Spanish, Hindu, Chinese, French Creole.
• Proven expertise in global supply chain operations and strategy development.
• Strong knowledge of distribution, tariffs, and international regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to manage supplier relationships.
• Experience in sustainability practices and cost-effective supply chain solutions.
• Onsite position based in Leominster MA with global travel of up to 30%
