Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Global E-commerce Marketplace Intern. The intern will assist in the daily operations of e-commerce activities, including data analysis, customer service, and communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities include supporting marketplace functionalities, assisting in sales processes, analyzing trends, and ensuring seamless collaboration with clients across diverse platforms. The role provides hands-on experience in the global e-commerce space.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Commerce concepts and familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces
• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and identifying trends
• Excellent Communication and collaboration capabilities
• Customer Service and Sales skills, with the ability to support operational activities
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote setup
• Proficiency in using technology and marketplace tools is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluency in additional languages is an advantage
