Global Events Logistics Agent - İSTANBUL

Freight Turkey is being operated in 7 cities with more than 150 employees. We are delivering more than 1.5 millions of tons yearly.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working team member for this huge organization. The role is located in İstanbul

Being responsible of organizing entire logistics process of the global events

Job Description:

• Preparing events calendar and exhibitor lists
• Focusing on sales activities and reaching the customers
• Collecting tariffs from agents all over the world and shipment details from the exhibitors
• Planining transport and logistics process based on cargo details
• Offering tailored quotations to the customers
• Monitoring & following operation process of the entire logistics process and update the customers
• Creating orders and entering data to the systems
• Coordinating on-site delivery/pick-up process via local partners
• Keeping the customers updated during all entire formalities
• Being solution-oriented and available during the project
  
  
  

Qualifications & Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Fluent English in verbal and written
• 2-3 years of experience in logistics sector
• Good communication, analytical, problem solving skills.
• Result oriented, achiever, analytical
• Negotiation skills
• Adaptation to flexible working hours and travelling around the world as well.
