Global Finance Manager / Director – Oil & Gas / EPCC Projects

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Develop and implement comprehensive international financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives across multiple operating countries
• Lead financial planning and analysis for large-scale EPCC projects ranging from $500M to $5B+ in value
• Provide strategic financial guidance on international expansion, mergers & acquisitions, and joint ventures
• Establish and maintain relationships with international financial institutions, investment banks, and regulatory bodies

International Corporate Finance & Treasury Management

• Manage complex multi-currency treasury operations across 10+ countries
• Oversee international cash management, foreign exchange exposure, and hedging strategies
• Structure and negotiate project financing for international oil & gas infrastructure projects
• Coordinate with international tax authorities and manage transfer pricing strategies
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and local accounting standards across all jurisdictions

EPCC Project Financial Oversight

• Lead financial due diligence and feasibility analysis for major EPCC projects
• Develop and manage project budgets, cost controls, and financial risk assessment frameworks
• Implement robust project accounting systems and cost allocation methodologies
• Monitor project profitability, cash flow projections, and financial performance metrics
• Coordinate with project managers on financial aspects of contract negotiations and change orders

International Risk Management & Compliance

• Establish comprehensive risk management frameworks for international operations
• Ensure compliance with anti-corruption laws (FCPA, UK Bribery Act), sanctions, and international trade regulations
• Manage political risk, currency risk, and country-specific financial exposures
• Coordinate with legal teams on international contract structures and financial terms

Stakeholder Management & Reporting

• Present financial performance and strategic initiatives to Board of Directors and international investors
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies across multiple jurisdictions
• Manage relationships with host governments, local partners, and international financial institutions
• Lead cross-functional teams across finance, legal, operations, and commercial functions

Experience & Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience in Oil & Gas / EPCC / Mega Projects.
• 10+ years in senior finance leadership roles with international scope.
• Proven success in multi-country finance operations (10+ international markets).
• Large-scale project finance experience ($500M+).
• Expertise in IFRS, US GAAP, and international compliance standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs500,000.00 - Rs700,000.00 per month
